    I was a classroom teacher for 38 yrs until 2007. In only the last few did I have concerns about an active shooter. This is one of many appalling ways our country has become disfunctional. I am tired of the excuses.

      It’s fortunate that so many of our legislators have thought through a great solution to the entire problem — thoughts an prayers. It’s amazing that a large majority of America agrees with you, but nothing can be done… yet.
